Aarrrgh, I'm a pirate!

What to do when I know my sweet boy will not wear a head scarf or an eye patch for longer than 3 seconds on dress like a pirate day at camp? Why, whip up a cute pirate ship tee, of course!

A whale of a dress

I thought this was a great great way to snaz up an inexpensive Old Navy dress! Love the Lilly fabric on the bright pink!

Seersucker koozies!

We love koozies. We have a million of them from various weddings, bands, restaurants, resorts, etc. But we are now in love with our new seersucker koozies! Or as my brother calls his, a jon jon for his beverage.
Enjoying his new koozie

Here comes Peter Cottontail...

How cute are these bunny shirts for the kids?? I am so happy with the way they turned out...so clean and classic! Perfect for our Easter egg  hunt tomorrow! There's just something about a simple design paired with classic fabric that I love. Gingham is one of my go-to fabrics--it never disappoints! Did you notice the fluffy tails?? Love. (And yes, I know I should really take the time to use the big camera and take "real" pictures! I just get too excited and can't wait!)

Anchors aweigh!

Isn't everything just cuter on a onesie?? (Please forgive the dark phone photo--I just couldn't wait to post the cuteness!)

Summer must be around the corner...

I've been asked to do quite a few tshirts with pockets and appliques using Lilly fabric. And they are so stinkin' cute!

Pockets with monograms--

These are so summery! Can't wait for warm weather!

Special shamrock

This is probably my favorite thing I have worked on lately. It was made for a special little boy, which made it that much more enjoyable to make! I hope he gets some good wear out of it before he outgrows it! :)

What have I been up to, you ask?

Well, a lot of non-monogramming things, that's for sure! But after a post-holiday lull, things are starting to pick up again, which means more fun in the sewing room! Here are a few things I have been working on lately...

Baby gown and cap--I love these gowns for newborns!

Baby onesie, bib and burp cloth--they're soooo soft!

A special shirt for Valentine's Day

A special tee for a special almost 2 year old!

5 new long sleeved tees for a growing boy

A new, clean sweatshirt for the growing boy :)
In other news...I'm excited to start selling some great stuff from Mainstreet Collection. Stay tuned for a preview! Everything is so cute! Lots of chevron! And the 6 pack coolers are here, as well. Time to start thinking about summer! Yippee!
